Handouts and Permission Forms are given to the Scouts at the regular meetings. Handouts contain a current calendar of events and essential information about BSA/Troop activities and Scouting policies. Make sure you and your son read handouts carefully so you won’t miss out on any exciting activity. A current e-mail address on file with t324@cox.net will assure that you receive troop information by e-mail.

The Troop must obtain a permission slip for each Scout on each outing. The permission slips generally are handed out 1 to 2 weeks prior to the outing. This handout will also contain important information about the activity. Please return the permission forms to the leader in charge or the trip SPL no later than the indicated deadline. The troop must also obtain annually Permission from & Surgical Waiver and a Health & Medical Statement for each Scout, signed by his parents, in accordance with BSA guidelines.
